Our dispatch line is staffed 24 hours a day at 816-221-0006. Calls are routed to the on-call plumbing technician.
The calls that come in overnight are predictable: burst supply lines, sewer backups in kitchens, failed water heaters in apartment buildings, and frozen or split lines during the first hard freeze. Our trucks carry the fittings and shutoff hardware those jobs need, which is usually the difference between a stopgap and a repair.

Drain cleaning and jetting
Cable machines clear a blockage. Hydro-jetting clears the line.
For kitchen waste lines carrying grease, cabling punches a hole through the obstruction and buys a few weeks. Jetting scours the pipe wall back to full diameter. For restaurants on a recurring backup cycle, moving to scheduled jetting usually costs less over a year than the emergency calls it replaces.
We also camera lines before and after when the cause is unclear — root intrusion, a bellied line, or a collapsed section all present as “slow drain” until somebody looks.
Backflow prevention
Kansas City and surrounding jurisdictions require annual testing of backflow prevention assemblies on commercial properties. Fail to test, or fail the test without correcting it, and you get a violation notice with a compliance window.
We test, repair, and replace RPZ and double-check assemblies, and we file the paperwork with the jurisdiction. If you have already received a notice, bring us the deadline and we will work to it.
Grease interceptors
Restaurants and commercial kitchens carry grease interceptor requirements, and the enforcement is real. We service, repair, and replace interceptors, and correct the drainage that feeds them when a poorly pitched line is causing the recurring problem rather than the interceptor itself.

No. CEI is commercial only. We do serve apartment and multifamily properties, which are commercial accounts.

Annually in most metro jurisdictions. Requirements vary by municipality and by assembly type. We can confirm what applies to your address.
What is the difference between cabling and hydro-jetting a drain?
Cabling breaks through a blockage and restores flow. Jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the full inside diameter of the pipe. For grease-loaded kitchen lines, jetting lasts substantially longer.
Can you handle a slab leak under a commercial floor?
Yes. We locate the leak first, then discuss whether a spot repair or a reroute makes more sense given the floor covering and the age of the supply system.
